Our stay at Hotel Berlin Potsdamer Platz was excellent: friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and well located for discovering fascinating Berlin. Our air-conditioned room had a bath, shower, kettle, and a small fridge. The decor was modern and tasteful. The hotel is very close to Anhalter Bahnhof, a convenient starting point for exploring the city. It's situated in a relatively quiet area (although you won't get away from the sound of building work anywhere in central Berlin, double glazed windows in the room meant this was no problem). There is an Edeka supermarket nearby to stock up on provisions for your explorations. I also highly recommend booking the fabulous buffet breakfast at the hotel, which is one of the best we've had. We are planning to return to Berlin soon and will definitely stay here again.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center and historical attractions, with a convenient transport connection. Not only the room was great (including a big bathroom with a modern shower safe for people with disabilities) but the hotel was a enjoyable experience. I chose it mainly because of the strategic location but I enjoyed it so much that, as I use to travel to Berlin once or twice per year, I would certainly keep it as my hotel to stay in Berlin. I felt quite at home.
